Join a GP There are many ways to support the work growing projects do. You could donate land, seeds, money, or volunteer your time.
Connect urban to rural through a variety of ways: through urban gardening, growing project support, and ecumenical connections between rural and urban churches.
Get your church involved. Speak to your pastor or congregation leader and let them know about FRB. We would be happy to come visit your church, contact us.

Share the FRB message Don’t be selfish! Reach out to share the message with others…this could include your own community, your church, or even your congressperson in Washington D.C. You can even invite an FRB speaker to come for an informational meeting, hand out brochures or show the FRB DVD to a group.
Participate in a regional or national gathering of others involved in FRB and hear from global farmers about the progress they are making.
